You probably don't have mswinsck.ocx installed in your system, Google and download it. Copy it to system32. Then register the ocx.

1. Start>run
2. Type "regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx"

whay this keylogger conect only to my pc? if i put another person ip it not conect. Whay????

because you're a fkin idiot. If i didn't say it someone else would and they'd mean it Wink

you can't keylog a computer unless you install the keylogger on it. A keylogger is just software like any other software, it's not a magic hacking exe that makes you neo.
