found one that's worth it
Stellar Phoenix NTFS and FAT32 data recovery for windows
I am still searching for a crack ..it recovered the most but does not let me save it without a crack would seem that it's the best |

| Easy Recovery Professional is a good one. Has a filter for after the recovery process that allows you to have it show only undamaged files.
Not a bad program. Recovery from a format is much easier / more accurate when you know how fragmented the drive is to begin with. The heavier the fragmentation the less likely it is for the data to be recovered. |
